A little late on this post. Had a lot of fun yesterday and a great ride from DuBois to Yellowstone. The scenery was spectacular. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Lucky for us we did this ride on Sunday as the construction looks significant. As we approached the Old Faithful Inn, Old Faithful was going off. Sort of a special welcome for us. The whole southern end if the park, about 30 miles, was ravaged by fire in 1988. Perhaps one of the worst wildfires in history. There are still signs of it more than 20 years later. Most of the evergreens are under 20 feet high and a lot of the burned trees are still visible.
