I went out on a jog with Mom. It was very, very hot. Then we went to the Discovery museum. It was great! Then we went to the movies and watched Buck which was about a ranch guy/cowboy. Then I went to the hotel and went swimming. It was great! Then we went to our room and went to bed.
How was the jog man? Its hard to get running outside here. There's a brick factory near our base, so combined with the heat, it's pretty brutal to run outside. I've been doing the "insanity" dvd workouts indoors. It's a total smoker, but running outside is still way more entertaining. How are you enjoying the ride?

The jog was supper hot too because we were in Idaho. It was still great though because I haven't had a jog in awhile.
ReplyDeleteThe scenery isn't very good. It was in the beginning of our trip, but now it's just trees and snow and grass. I like it better on the freeway because I can play games in my mind with the cars like looking for license plates and a few other things that I can't easily explain.
